Angry Splitter corrupting files when saving trim jobs

Since the upgrade, Splitter has not worked properly. It loads the files, but does not save the trimmed file correctly. Loading the trimmed file results in a message that the file is corrupt and needs to be repaired. The repaired trimmed file will lose the motion of the video, or will flatline the audio.
Anyone else having this issue and is there a fix? Applian, do you know about this?

Please contact tech support with details-including the format-file size-and what the program is doing.
