Will Not Record YouTube Videos???

Love this software and would love for it to work for me! But I set the Replay Media Catcher to record, then open a browser, and navigate to a YouTube video... The video plays, but RMC does not start recording it. What am I missing? I have tried using both IE andChrome, but RMC does not start recording in either case.

Frustrating, as this seems to contradict everything shown here:

(I even tried recording the same Talking Cat video...with no luck.)

I would love some feedback on what I might be missing!

Good evening

Please make sure that you always open Replay Media Catcher and click the "record" button BEFORE you browse to the site that you wish to capture from. Also, please try deleting your temporary internet files from your browser's cache.
