Audio Distortion On Replay Music Recordings: me too

hi,

i do have distortion and bad recordings from web and computer (i.e. youtube and itunes). i tried resetting the software as suggested in a previous post. i am not sure how to do the lame.exe thing ....

i do have a windows 7 machine (2012), 12 gigs of ram and bell and whistles.


i did use freecorder before and it worked great until they (you?) changed everything to make it not free. was 'forced'to BUY this but it does not work as expected.

please help before i cancel and get a refund. for now a disgruntled customer.

Do contact tech support if you continue to have an issue. We need to know what version of windows you are using, what you are using as an input source, and have a log file. Thanks.
