    Exclamation Windows 8

When I purchased the upgrade to the suite, I was told all products were windows 8 compatible. I cannot get anything but a black screen when playing back a DVD recording. I cannot locate any way to find the hardware accelerator, either. Anyone please help! (PS- I hate windows 8!)

Try and use a different player. I would suggest trying the VLC Player and see if that makes a difference.
