Thread: Kbps OF THE FINAL FILE

  1. #1

Default Kbps OF THE FINAL FILE

In the user manual there is a note that states "128 Kbps gives great quality, but you can go up to 320 Kbps. Note that recording a 128 Kbps stream and outputting it to 320 Kbps won't give you any better sound quality.".

My question is, how would I know my recording speed?

    Thanks,

Kbps: Select the bit rate of the final file. Generally 128 Kbps gives great quality, but you can go up to 320 Kbps. Note that recording a 128 Kbps stream and outputting it to 320 Kbps won't give you any better sound quality.

Each site is different as to what they stream at. You are normally able to go into the information on the site to learn what they are streaming at.
