Two questions about Replay Converter 9

Question 1: Is there an option to convert .wav files to .flac files in Replay Converter 9? Unless I'm overlooking it, I'm not seeing a way to do that.

Question 2: Some of the streams I download using Replay Radio are in .aac format. There is a way to convert them to MP3 within Replay Radio, but for "orphaned" .aac files that are no longer showing in Replay Radio, I haven't found a way to convert them to MP3 using Replay Converter 9 (RC9). In fact, RC9 won't even accept a .aac file when I try to drop it in the "Drop your video or music files here" window. Is there another way to do that conversion?
