skype recorder

I've downloaded the skype recorder but it doesn't record anything - this is probably because of the sound driver which is for windows 7 on a emachine E528. I had to use freerecorder to record audios from the web as it nothing else worked.

Do you have any solution for this with your software for skype as I want to do interviews via skype and record them.
