Convert & burn to DVD fails - BBC HD TV

Have just recorded a number of BBC high definition TV programmes using Replay Media Catcher 4 but Replay Converter 4 fails each time I try to convert/burn to DVD.
I have no problem when programmes with standard definition are recorded.
I have OKd the 'Use existing burn settings' message, but wouldn't know where to start if changes to settings are needed.
Any help much appreciated.
