conversion format help

Hi all,
I am very new to this and I know th problems i am having are basic.

first thing is what format do i convert the flash video to if i want to burn it to a dvd. And once it converts can i simply right click send to e drive( dvd burner) and it will burn?

i want to burn to a dvd to be played in other dvd players

The mpeg-4 format should work for you, just make sure your dvd player is compatible with that format first. :D
