I downloaded some flash videos and when I run them through the applian player, i get no video but i do have audio. I have windows 7. When I launch a video it tries to go full screen then goes to a small box and my windows 7 says my video settings are changed due to the program.
Are you able to play the files with another player? If not then the issue is with the files. If that is not the case please uninstall and reboot. Then download and install the program again.
i'm also having the same problem and i tried doing that and it didn't work.
