A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file: C:\WINDOWS\Installer\RMC.Setup.msi

when i try to install RMC 4.012 i get these message

A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\RMC.Setup.msi

what to do?
