By the way you can only download 10 minute segments from a 30-60 minute video...:(

You might need to deselect the button in settings where you have it download fast for this. Give that a try and see if you have better results.

Hi Cheryl :)
I checked and, it not checked marked. Im try to download a 20 minute video and, I get 10 minutes in length. The super downloader is for videos under 60 minutes btw.
