In Replay AV go to Files-Settings, then the sound mixer tab. Under "sound card driver to use" set that to match your sound card, then click OK. Now click on Record-Record Audio From Speakers (Quick Audio Record). Configure the preferences on the basic tab, then go to the Recording tab. Set the Audio Recording Method to one that will allow recording form your sound card. These options will be dependent on your sound card type, but you should see something like stereo mix, what you hear, wave out mix or similar. Do not choose Replay AV audio driver as that driver does not use the sound card and won't work for this type of audio recording. When you click OK, Replay AV will start recording whatever is playing on your computer.
