error message pertaining to CMyTopWnd Core

I keep getting the following error message:

I keep getting a message that reads

file . . . mcr_top_wnd.ccp line 1322:function CMyTopWndCore::OnCommand:assertion 'false' failed

It seems to be associated with Replay Telecorder. So I thought I should uninstall this troublesome piece of software.

Does anyone have any insight and/or fixes for this error message?
