Can not stream anything except flash

So I download the suite last night and download my favoite shows fro BBC iplayer and everything seems fine. Today I can not stream any feeds that use media player or real player. It seems I can stream flash sites only. I am sure I am just doing something stupid but I can't figure it out. Any ideas? When I try to stream in media player or real player I get an error message saying I do not have permission or that the file is not found.

Do you have the same problem when Replay Media Catcher is closed?
