Relay Media Catcher not Recording Vidoe

Hi,

I checked on the similar threads for this problem and did whatever solutions were mentioned but doesnt seem to be working for me for the website - website.gov.in/vyaslive/
Only audio can be recorded.
P.S. I have RMC 3.11 installed.

Kindly help
