windows error (freecorder 7 has stopped working)

I just recently installed freecorder 7 for windows 7. I wont work in Internet Explorer 9 but will work in Chrome
(don't know about Firefox). Freecorder 7 has been working for awhile, but suddenly now the video recorder will not work. When I open it, windows error pops up and says "Freecorder 7 has stopped working" and closes it...
somebody please help.......... AND DON'T TELL ME TO GO TO " please go to tech support at http://www.freecorder.com for assistance." YOU GUYS DON"T HAVE ANY TECH SUPPORT!!!! ALL IT SAYS IS FEATURES OF FREECORDER 7!!!!! I AM ON THE VERGE OF NOT USING ANY APPLIAN PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
