New recordings going into wrong subdirectories

Reply Music version 3.98 seems to be doing something odd when I stop recording and start a new session. The first session goes into the correct folder (I use directory format \%A\%a to get storagepath\Artist\album for each session) but the next session (after clicking Reset) takes this path as the starting point - putting the next \Artist\album inside the previous album's folder. This means I have to quit the application and run it again for each new session. I've not seen anyone else report this, but its the same for me on both XP and Vista.
