Converting to AVI(Xvid) (800 Kbps) Problem

Hi,

I recently upgraded to v3.35 of the Converter and since then I have been unable to convert to the AVI Xvid 800 format. I have tried from flv to AVI and wmv to AVI to no avail (what I did just try is converting from AVI(MPEG-4 800) to the Xvid one and it worked but this creates a two step process which shouldn't be necessary). I had no problem with this format until recently. I even un-installed the program and re-installed the problem and the problem hasn't gone away. The primary reason I use this format is because I normally watch my AVIs on a DVD player/TV set and the other 800 kbps formats don't work. Any assistance would be appreciated. Here's what I found in my log:

I've never touched any settings for any of these codec.

See if using troubleshoot makes a difference. Right mouse click the file when it is in the Converter. Select Troubleshoot and then try again. Thanks.

I also tried 'Troubleshoot' and it didn't work. It gave me the same 'Invalid pixel aspect ratio 0/1' in the log file.

At this point you need to go through tech support. We will need more info from you and your log file.
