freecorder not working Im requesting a link for a support ticket

I would like a link or instructions to where I can create a support ticket. Because my freecorder is not working.
When I left click on the green icon, all I see is a small white and blank square, with no wording and no drop down menu. When I right click I see a smal menu with the choices of :Menu bar; Navigation Bar; Book marks tool bar; Add- on bar; customize.

I m using windows XP pro V. 2002 with service pack 3. I use malwarebytes and comodo Internet Security Premium.

I have made three attempts to get a working download of free corder 7. and no success. So I would like to try free corder 6 or 5 ...just maybe I'll have success with one of them. Can u provide a link to these, so I can down load one of them?...I hope very much that you can... :)
