I used the program to tune to a show. Then I clicked "quick record" and saw the red circle to indicate recording. When I stopped the recording, nothing was in the My Recordings list. What happened?

What version of windows are you using? What browser are you using?
Was this resolved? I'm having the same issue, running Windows 8.1 and Firefox 29.0
