Why the latest Replay Media Catcher 7.0.3.1 became twice as large?

Why did the installation package file of the latest version Replay Media Catcher 7.0.3.1 become twice as large above 100 MB?

It seems to me suspicious.

Previous versions of the installation package were up to 50 MB in size.
