Remote webcam is recording but when it finishes video does not play

Morning I have an issue. I did a webcam lastnight. I was able to pickup and record the remote webcam, but my cup was running 100%, and skype and replay telecorder became no response in and off through the webcam.. i played the video the video showed but was pausing, and choppy. So I made IE my main browser, cpu has gone down, did another webcam someone, used their pc, and when done I played video then it was black part of video tried to transcend to play but it did not. I have used 4:3 720p, and 4:3 240, both not encoding the videos correct. I install both programs separately neither was open during any installations have eye updated skype version. Is there something going on with the transcoding after recording is over??
