3.3 Converter Engine has encountered a problem

Fresh install yesterday with converter 3.3.. set programs to convert to 128 MP3. Captures correctly, but when it's time to convert, CONVERTING Audio flashes a few times .... then, Converter Engine has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

Trouble contained, Firewall issue.
Allow server access to "ConverterEng.exe"
