Freecorder 7 for Firefox brings on more problems

I finally downloaded Freecorder 7 on my computers. I really like the feature of recording streams and programs on the computer. But now it is effecting some extensions and features on FireFox. For starts, I cannot close any tabs that I have open, either hitting the close button or drop down menu to close tabs or close other tabs. Does anyone with Freecorder 7 have this problem? Is this a problem with Firefox or Freecorder?
