Can you post your system info please & answer a few question:

What OS & sp (if any)
How much HDD space available (& capacity)
How much ram installed?

Please elaborate your "Did not work" issue.

Post any Error messages.

Kind Regards.

thanks for the reply

the demo version opens, when i click start rec it says invalid reg code, then closes itself.
when i go to settings, there is no option to add the code which i just bought.

am running windows vista extreme edition,2gb ram and plenty of hd space.

can not even see where to download the full version(not demo)
have followed email instructions but they do not work either.
same prob every time.will just get refund and give up i think.

You might wanna contact applian and, have them resend you a new code...
Your license code is only good for only 1 installation (if Im not mistaken)
multiple installation requires additional fees. After RE-obtaining the activation code,
you might wanna delete the invalid reg code created in the registry...run regedit then, search for your reg code in "Edit">"find" enter ur reg code
then click "Find Next" you will see a your reg code just delete that key...
then exit the Registry Editor Launch RM and, you will be prompt to reenter it again.

Edit: please delete my post if this kind of advice is not allowed.

Kind Regards.

Hi

The demo and the full version are the same. When you enter your activation code it should then take all the time constraints off of your program and it should then work for you.

You will need to run the "ClearReplayMusicSettings" utility that is located in your program files\replay music 3\ folder. After running that utility you will have to enter your registration code but Replay Music should be able to run after doing that.

Please contact tech support if this doesn't get you up and running.

Great advice Cheryl! I saw that file a few times and, never realized that running that whould clear the reg code info as well as other settings....*shrugs*
