Youtube captures - playback has white haze/film over them

Hi All,

I have just upgraded to the latest version of Replay Media Catcher (v4.4.4)/suite - and all appears ok when I capture YouTube videos, but when I play them back they have a white haze/film over them, as if they have far too much brightness.

My default browser is Firefox 15.0.1, but Replay Media Catcher downloads the file directly, so don't think it is anything to do with Firefox?

Also, Replay Media Catcher accepts my activation code and tells my I'm running in full features mode, but when I check license it tells me I'm running in Demo mode?!

Any ideas?

I have not seen or heard of this yet. I must admit, i'm baffled. Would you mind submitting a ticket to tech support so we can get a log file from you and look into this further?
