Hi

Love and bought the product. One thing i can't do is anything with SWF files. The SWF files capture fine. How can i convert these files to FLV or Mpeg2?

Your replay converter doesn't recognise the SWF format.

Any ideas?

Okay, this is the only way to do it...rename the extention from .swf to flv .for all
files then, use Replay Converter to convert them.

Kind Regards.

Try installing a new codec pack like k-lite codec (http://files.3dnews.org/pub/soft/multimedia/codec/klcodec425b.exe) or download CCCP codec pack (http://mini.intternet.org/cccp/Combined-Community-Codec-Pack-2008-09-21.exe)
if this does not resolve the issue try submiting a New Ticket (http://www.applian.com/help/index.php?pid=newticket&user=&department=1).

Kind Regards.
