Can't record

Followed the guidelines on other threads, 2x "recorded with errors."

Yes, the record button was on before opening the site and yes, the cache was cleared.

I haven't tested on FlowPlayer videos yet, but I'ma need it to work, 'cause that's why I bought.

Please advise.

I was able to record this video just fine - am playing it back now on my 2nd monitor as I type this.

Can you please submit a ticket to support so we can look into this further with you?

I have something similiar happening when I try to record and automatically convert into AVI mode. Among many other issues.... :-( Sigh
