Recording fail

I am getting increasing numbers of failures on individual program recordings. The error states "ffmpeg.exe has encountered an error and cannot continue" and gives me the option to send an error report to microsoft. The RAV continues to record other shows but conversion stops until I get home & choose don't send which is frustrating because then it usually chokes a couple more times and takes forever to complete the rest of the conversions. This is happening regularly 2 or 3 times a day on various scheduled recordings. Any ideas?

It sounds like you might need to update your files on your computer. Verify that all is current. If you continue to have an issue then contact tech support with specifics and a log file.
