How can I put spacing between the track number and the artist name?

I believe you would need to do this manually in windows explorer. I have never done this but there is not that option in Replay Music

Actually it can be done .. and it can be done in Replay Music. Open RM-->Settings-->Output and then put spaces as shown here %t %A - %T. By default there are no spaces in the string.
