Problem with a radio channel streaming

My RMC (4.4.3.0) doesn't catch the streaming in this site:

Have you tried the audio recorder yet, or are you just using the record button?

If the latter, try the audio recorder and let me know if that works for you please

The audio recorder works, but I need to be able to record the streaming without other sounds getting in the way.
