Recording a webinar (gotomeeting)

Hi

I have tried and tested the suite and purchased. Think is great too!
Using RVC to capture a Citrix Webinar is becoming a pain... :(
It records everything on my screen but when the webinar java app loads it seems to be invisible when replaying the recording?!?

Am i missing some important step?

Replay Video Capture is the best program to record a webinar. it does allow you to record webinars. If you do have an issue please contact tech support with details so we can assist you.
