Feature Request: permit 'rename' during download process

When there are a number of simultaneous DL pending and auto-naming has not provided a suitable name for each --- allowing right-click/rename while downloads are pending would be a really good way to keep things straight. I realize this is not trivial -- to rename files under Windows they must be closed/reopened and that might introduce danger of delay from an OS operation.

Perhaps an easy and quick compromise would be to accept a rename request during download and just note the new name, and perform the actual rename operation only upon completion.

I think this option was available in earlier versions. It has somehow dissappeared.
