View Full Version : RM3 and Spotify - no longer working

Hi,

RM3 no longer seems to be picking up sound from Spotify. I have tried different input sources, with no luck. Initially it was on 'audio driver', there is no movement at all on this. Tried 'mono mix' and 'stereo mix' but RM3 creates gaps during quieter periods of the songs.

Any ideas?

I only noticed it last week. But it's been about a month since I used it before this. So any time between then which isn't very helpful! :)

You are using an older version of the program. Please update to 4.4 or upgrade to 5. Now try it and use the audio driver. If you continue to have an issue use the win audio driver.

Mine has stopped working as well (I only use it occasionally), how do I update to 4.4 or 5? Is this a free update or a way of getting more money out of me? I have only one option for Audio Driver which is "Audio Driver".

Well, I can assure you we didnt update rm3 to NOT work with spotify. :-)

That version has not been touched since version 4 came out
