Soundcard quality difference?

Will the quality of the Soundcard make a difference of the quality I get when capturing the music with Music Replay?

I have an older computer with onboard sound with Realtek ALC655 chipset. 3.0GHZ Pentium etc (early-mid 00's).
I wanted to use this really only for Replay Music and let it do its thing so I won't be using it while using Replay Music.

I just wanted to know if this will be good or should I invest in another soundcard.
Sound quality matters to me so:
I want The best sound quality for the best price. $50.00 or less. lol.
