Quick question about how it works...

I think I know the answer, but I was wondering how this all works. I imagine some video/audio streaming capture applications are "detectable" when used... but I don't know how this program differs from them. This is because I want to record a live broadcast that I am technically not allowed to record and they say if they detect capturing, they can block me out... But because it is in an entirely different country, I cannot be on when it airs so I want to just watch it once anyway. Basically I'm planning to just record for the 8 hours I'm away but I'm scared I'll get dumped off anyway...

The program is a screen capture program. it is going to record what it sees on your screen.

Like Cheryl mentioned, there is no way anyone can detect it. If you play the video and choose to allow it to grab the video, it is also local, there is no way anyone can tell. This is one of the best programs of the suite, it pays for itself in no time.
