How to Stop Upgrade Notification on 4.2 ?

Im Happy With My 4.2 Version and registered I Don't Want A Upgrade
But every time i launch programe a "upgrade notification" comes on how do i stop that from happening?

nobody knows how to do this, it's not right that it keeps on telling me to upgrade as if its free,thats bs!

An update is free. When we have a major change in the program then we do have an upgrade. Here is the link to our Upgrade and Update Policy:
