View Full Version : Keeps asking for upgrade code

I upgraded my RMS and now every time I open it I'm asked for the code. It's accepted and works fine, but the next time I start the program, it does it again. Any advice? Thanks.

EDIT: After doing this about 4-5 times, now it stopped. I had rebooted my system so maybe that's why. Anyway, please disregard as it's working fine now.

Just updated and purchased the new upgrade. I have to say looks far better and works really well. Thank you Applian.

I received the registration codes for the Replay Capture Suite (order number P13190569542), but Replay Media Splitter does not accept the code. Says the code is not valid for this version (2.2.1207)

Depending on when you purchased it might not be. Go to our order page. Select existing customer and follow the prompts. If it gives you a price for the program then you need to upgrade to use the latest version. You can always use the odler version but the new one is awesome. Thanks.
