Timeout

Lately when open Replay Video Capture, there's always window pop up say 'Timeout'. What's wrong with it? Why does it keep pop up? Sometimes I have to restart my notebook to be able to close the 'Timeout' window. I want to fix it but don't know how. I'm afraid it will have this 'Timeout' window will show up while I'm recording video by Replay Video Capture.

Please help me to fix this problem.
