I thought this issue had been resolved but maybe not.
The issue is.
Replay has identified a track with a name.
Later it identifies another track to have the same name and overwrites the original.
So that earlier track is lost and usually, it has identified the track name incorrectly.
Surely it would be better that if it found a track with the same name in the same session, it would
tag it with a number 1,2 etc so it did not remove the track.
This is especially annoying when it overwrites a 10 min track with a 2 min one.
If this issue was meant to be fixed, then it isn't.
Therefore someone needs to get on the case.
I mean this is release 4.40 after all.
