Screen Capture adds bottom of capture to top of screen

I have been using Replay Video Capture for some time, just starting getting this problem. I have version 5.4.2. I resize my video program to about a quarter of my screen. I place the markers in the upper left and lower right of the screen. Once I start recording, the very top of the capture screen (in the preview screen) shows the bottom of the video I am capturing. Even when we play the video, the top of the screen has a small band of the bottom of the video we captured. I have tried different modes, mpeg-2, mpeg-4, wmv, etc, no difference. I have also tried using different players, still no help. Any suggestions?

Not an issue I have seen before. Have you tried an uninstall and a reinstall? Also, have you installed a codec pack? I use k-lite as it is free and easy to find on the Internet.
