can't download

i have not been able to download from universal sports. I keep getting errors.

I believe the site he is referring to is universal sports (http://www.universalsports.com/) and this site requires Microsoft Silverlight to be installed 1st. (This program may enable updates if turned off, may wanna look into the confirmation dialogs during install)
and the program is having trouble capturing from this site. It uses HTTP with possible extentions of mp4/mkv.

i am a nube. when i try to capture a skiing video, i get a string of alfa numeric named files with "complete with errors double click to view". i just updated my
silver lite. none of which can be played.
