Hi,
I am using this nice software long. Normally i record stuff so i can listen to it in my car. Recently i have had some trouble with recording House of Blues radio hour program. It seems recording is active, but when i stop recording, after the very short convertion nothing is converted. Sometimes a part of the show is converted however. Is there anything i miss in the settup?

We would need to know a lot more as to why this is happening. It would be best to submit a support ticket with the link to what you are recording, the format, the browser, version of windows, and a log file.

Problem is solved. I made a clean install, since than everything is ok. A dll file was not replaced when i upgraded to 4.40 version.
