Not recording Flash video from website

I've been trying to record a video off of a website (it's being played on Flash player 11) using RMC 4 and it won't record. I started RMC before navigating to the page, which is what I normally do and never had a problem before but this time it's not working. I'm not getting the messages that say it's a protected stream that cannot be legally downloaded, so I'm not sure how to proceed. I refreshed the page, and started and restarted RMC but nothing's working. Any other suggestions?

As the error you're getting says, For files such as this, you'll want to use Replay Video Capture, which is a SCREEN capture program we offer that records what it sees on your screen - regardless of the file type.

that's the thing. I'm not getting an error message. It's just not doing anything. it's as if there is no media playing. (And I have RVC but it's not a good fit for this as it's a 49 minute concert and I want the sound to be decent).

I get this sometimes on the BBC iplayer. If you are able, post the link here and I can try and see if it works for me.
