Worked for me!!
Maybe you need to check for upgrades. I am on Version 4.3.2

Regarding the video. I have jumped with a static line which was better than tandem, but no way would I even consider this. Looks tempting; but I must be getting old.

Randomly work it does! I rebooted and now it downloads.. second time it's done that.

I don't think old is the problem.. I think sane is.

yeah, i've noticed that rmc has stopped capturing from youtube. not randomly. not nothing. zippo. nada. not even if you reboot. is anyone looking into this from applian, does anyone know? or do we need to raise a support request?

Usually starts working after a reboot.. I find that if I turn off recording, that's when the problem triggers. However, if it's not working for you, definitely raise a request.

You could also try erasing your cache and history.

Juan has the right idea! Please make sure that you always open Replay Media Catcher and click the "record" button BEFORE you browse to the site that you wish to capture from. Also, please try deleting your temporary internet files from your browser's cache.

Thanks for the help - I'll try out the suggestions next time it doesn't seem to be working.
