Replay AV not recording

Hi all. Long timer, many year user of Replay AV but I have to admit it has not worked well in Vista for me in the last year plus. My question today is that Replay AV will not record anything at all. I try to record the audio from a youtube video and it will not connect despite a few tries. I then try and capture streaming audio via the "Record What You Are Hearing Now by Recording Audio Output from your Sound Card" option and it will act like it is recording but record blank space (the wave in the lower right hand corner is a flatline). I upgraded to Replay 8.83 today but the problem persists. Any ideas on how to correct this? I've researched all of the FAQ and made sure all the troubleshooting tips are doen without success. YouTube does not work with AV. You need to use Replay Media Catcher for this. Also, to record audio let us know the link and wht browser you are using. I believe you have submitted a ticket to tech support for this. You don't need to do both. Thanks.
