Cannot upload Aplican Driver

Upgraded from Version 4 to 4.3.2.0 now and error message comes up when you hit record that says "cannot upload Aplican Driver

Hi Jack,

Please un-install ALL versions of Replay Media Catcher from your PC.

Once this is done, reboot your PC (this is important) and re-install the LATEST version of RMC from here: http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/demo.php
