RMC not recording line in.

Previously, I have successfully used the latest RMC version to record audio from an iPod connected to my Windows 7 pc via my line-in on my motherboards soundcard.
All of a sudden it dosen't pick the waveform up even though the sound is coming through loud and clear on my PC speakers.

I must have inadvertently changed a setting. Help!!!

I've played around with enabling/disabling input/outputs, restarting RMC, reinstalling RMC, restarting windows etc.....

That is odd because I didn´t think. In fact I am almost sure RMC does not record from Line In. Rather you need to use Replay Music or Replay AV.
