Problem using the recording wizard

I am trying to record a radio station that is not on the list of stations. I am using the Recording Wizard to do this but I get an error message "No Network Activity detected on any available Network Adapter." I continued anyway to the next window (the stream capture) and I don't see any network adapter listed. Replay A/V seems to work on other stations that I picked from the list, but not this feature. I am using Windows Vista on a Dell computer. I have cable internet and am usine V8.43. I disabled the firewall and restarted the program. Any help would be appreciated.

When you installed our program did you install the WinPCap file? This is what is used to find most network adapters. If you didn't please uninstall and reboot. Then download and install the program. Force the installation of the WinPCap file if asked.

OK, I'll try that. I don't know if I have the original activation code though. I might need help in getting that to me. It has been awhile since I had to use it. Thanks.
